Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech naplnění lidských potřeb u lidí s mentálním postižením. Člověk s mentálním postižením, je bytost se stejnými nároky na uspokojení všech životních potřeb jako každý jiný zdravý jedinec. Jen jejich rozumové a jiné schopnosti jsou snížené. To, aby byly potřeby uspokojeny u lidí s mentálním postižením se neobejde bez podpory druhých lidí. Podpora a sociální služby by měly být poskytovány v běžném prostředí mezi lidmi bez postižení. Tato práce také pojednává o zavádění standardů kvality sociálních služeb. A to, jaká práva mají lidé s mentálním postižením.
Annotation in English
The bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities of satisfying mentally handicapped people´s needs. Mentally handicapped people are human beings having the same demands for satisfying all the necessaries of life as any other healthy people, only their mental and other capabilities are reduced. Other people´s support is inevitable for satisfying the mentally handicapped people´s needs. Support and social services should be provided in a common environment among people without handicaps. The thesis deals with the implementing of social services quality standards, namely the mentally handicapped people´s rights.
