Ve své bakalářské práci se chci zaměřit na oblast řízení zásob ve společnosti Algeco s.r.o. V první části práce se zaměřím na teoretickou problematiku nákupní činnosti a řízení pod-nikových zásob.
Druhá část práce v úvodu popíše společnost Algeco spol. s r.o. a současný stav nákupní činnosti společnosti. Dále bude analyzována struktura dodavatelů, nakupovaný objem ma-teriálu a stav zásob s cílem nalézt možné oblasti ke zlepšení řízení zásob a snížení kapitálu v oběžném majetku.

In my bachelor thesis I want to focus on inventory management in the Algeco Ltd. com-pany. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical issues of purchasing activities and the company’s inventory management.
The second part of the thesis introduces the Algeco Ltd. company and the current state of purchasing the company's activities. Furthermore, there is an analysis of the structure of suppliers, the volume of bought materials and level of stock with the aim of finding possi-ble areas in order to improve inventory management and to reduce the capital in the short-term assets.
