Práce se zabývá problematikou školské části základní odborné přípravy nově přijatých policistů, zejména pak výukou modelových situací na středních policejních školách. V práci jsou specifikovány požadavky na znalosti příslušníků PČR, které by tito měli bezpodmínečně splňovat předtím, než začnou provádět modelové situace. V práci jsou charakterizovány předměty, které vyučuje SPŠ v rámci modulu ZOP s vysvětlením a popisem poměrně nového pojmu, resp. nového názvu pracoviště, které se modelovými situacemi zabývá, pojmu OMIV. Dále je vymezen pojem modelové situace, její charakteristika, rozdělení, vznik a zejména vysvětlení, proč je výuka modelových situací v pravdě vyvrcholením vzdělávání příslušníků PČR. Druhá polovina práce je pak věnována výzkumu, který byl proveden mezi absolventy školské části ZOP, kteří získali kontakt s praxí a kteří v době výzkumu byli posluchači Školního policejního střediska. Výzkum byl zaměřen na získání informací o výuce modelových situací na SPŠ a na odhalení jejích případných nedostatků. Na konci práce je pak hodnocení a závěr, který do jisté míry zjištěné nedostatky ospravedlňuje a popisuje komplikovanou situaci v policejním sboru PČR, která je důvodem některých nedostatků.

This diploma paper is focused on the questions connected with learning within the frame of the initial police professional training of the new staff of the Czech Police especially focused on the training of model situations on Police secondary schools. Hereby specified requirements for Police staff member’s knowledge should all members necessarily fulfil before they enter to real practise of model situations. I tried to specify and characterize subjects that are learned on Secondary Police schools of Ministry of Interior within the frame of the initial professional training with explanation and description of the new and innovative definition, respectively with description of the new working compartment connected with model situations OMIV (Department of Methodology and Integration of education). Further explanation of the term ''model situation‘‘ provided in this diploma paper with explanation of its characteristics, division and origin will help to understand better to importance and to reasons why these model situations are on the top of police member’s education. Second part of this dissertation is focused on research between absolvent’s of school part of initial professional training who have further contact and feedback from practise but in the time of research they were attendants of Police training centre. This research should provide clear information about training of model situations and its possible insufficiency. At the end is conclusion and evaluation explaining some identified insufficiency but with description of reasons of these problems developed from complicated situation in Police department.
