Diplomová práce je zaměřena určení role informačních technologií při podpoře činnosti velitele zásahu.
V diplomové práci je analyzována činnost velitele zásahu na místě zásahu, v další části jsou zhodnoceny soudobé informační technologie a jejich možnost využití pro podporu činnosti velitele zásahu. Důležitá část diplomové práce je věnována analýze informačních technologií, které jsou v dnešní době využívány pro podporu činnosti velitele zásahu na místě zásahu. Práci doplňuje vytvořený dotazník, který byl rozeslán kompetentním osobám v rámci celé České republiky. V poslední části jsou specifikovány možnosti zlepšení činnosti velitele zásahu s využitím perspektivních informačních technologií

The thesis is focused on determination of the role of IT in supporting of activities of rescue commander.
There are activities of rescue commander in a place of intervention analyzed in the thesis as well as present IT and possibilities if its usage in supporting of activities of rescue commander. Significant part of the thesis deals with analysis of IT that is exploited in supporting of activities of rescue commander in the place of intervention. This work is supplemented with the questionnaire that was distributed to qualified personalities within The Czech republic. The possibilities for improving of activities of rescue commander with the usage of perspective IT activities of rescue commander are specified in the final part of the thesis.
