Annotation Diplomová práce se zabývá testováním abiotické hydrolýzy fólií poly(hydroxybutyrátu) a fólií vyrobených z PHB a různých modifikátorů (kyselina benzoová, fenylmetansulfonyl fluorid, 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di-(tert-butylperoxy) hexan, malein anhydrid) ve vodném pufrovaném prostředí (pH 7,2) při kompostovací teplotě 58 °C. Účinnost abiotické hydrolýzy byla vyhodnocena na základě celkového organického uhlíku rozpuštěného v kapalné fázi po hydrolýze, z hlediska hmotnostních úbytků vzorků fólií po hydrolýze a pomocí ATR - FTIR spektroskopie. Na základě provedených analýz bylo zjištěno, že přírodní poly(hydroxybutyrát) bez modifikátorů abiotické hydrolýze nepodléhá. Stejně tak i modifikovaná verze PHB s fenylmetansulfonyl fluoridem. Fólie PHB s ostatními modifikátory ke konci experimentu dosahovaly stupně hydrolýzy kolem 4 %, a je možné je do jisté míry hydrolyticky degradovat.
Annotation in English The diploma thesis is occupied with testing abiotic hydrolysis of poly (hydroxybutyrate) films and films made of PHB and various modifiers (benzoic acid, phenylmethanesulfonylfluoride, 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di- (tert-butylperoxy) hexane, maleic anhydride) in aqueous buffered medium (pH 7.2) at a composting temperature of 58 ° C. The efficiency of abiotic hydrolysis was evaluated based on total organic carbon dissolved in the liquid phase after hydrolysis, in terms of weight loss of film samples after hydrolysis and by ATR - FTIR spectroscopy. Based on the performed analyses, it was found that natural poly (hydroxybutyrate) without modifiers is not affected by abiotic hydrolysis. As well as a modified version of PHB with phenylmethanesulfonylfluoride. PHB films with other modifiers reached a degree of hydrolysis of about 4 % at the end of the experiment and can be hydrolytically degraded to some extent.

  3.  K posouzení strukturních změn polyesterů použijte DSC, popřípadě dalších metod.
  4. Nastudované informace kriticky vyhodnoťte a zpracujte v diplomové práci.
