Předmětem této bakalářské práce je proces investování na akciových trzích. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rozdělení finančního trhu a jeho popis. Dále se zabývá technickou, fundamentální a psychologickou analýzou akcií. V neposlední řadě popisuje různé investiční strategie a rizika s nimi související.
V praktické části této práce je nejprve vybrán obchodník s cennými papíry dle stanovených kritérií. Poté je provedena globální analýza USA a Číny. Na ní dále navazuje fundamentální analýza akcií vybraných společností.
Projektová část popisuje reálné nákupy a prodeje akcií zařazených do investičního portfolia. Následně je zhodnocena výnosnost investic a jsou navržena doporučení pro budoucí investiční rozhodnutí.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the process of investing in stock markets. The theoretical part is focused on the structure of financial market and its characterization. Next the thesis deals with technical, fundamental and psychological stock analysis. Last but not least it describes various investment strategies and related risks.
First there is a broker chosen by defined criteria in the practical part of the thesis. Then there is a global analysis of the USA and China made in this part. The thesis continues with fundamental analysis of chosen companies´ shares.
The project part describes real purchases and sales of shares placed into investment portfolio. Then there is evaluated rate of return on investment and suggested recommendations for the further investment decisions.
