Annotation Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout ucelené informace o kravském mléku i jiných druzích mlék, o tom, co je potravinová alergie a vysvětlit rozdíl mezi alergií a intolerancí. Dále je v práci charakterizována alergie na kravské mléko a intolerance na laktosu, jejich příznaky, léčba a také je zde zmíněna řada alternativ, které mohou z části nahradit tak d?le-ţitou potravinu, jakou je kravské mléko
Annotation in English The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide complete information concerning cow?s milk and other kinds of milk, then to offer information about food allergy and finally to explain the difference between allergy and intolerance. Furthermore cow?s milk allergy and lactose intolerance, their symptoms and treatment are characterised in the submitted thesis together with a wide range of alternatives which can be used to substitute the important food as cow?s milk definitely is.
