Annotation V práci jsou charakterizovány vybrané známější i méně známé byliny s fytoterapeutickými účinky, jednotlivé účinné látky těchto bylin jako jsou alkaloidy, glykosidy, hořčiny, silice. Také jsou popsány byliny s antioxidačními účinky a jejich složky (polyfenoly, flavonoidy, vitaminy, barviva). Popsáno je i jejich využití v potravinářském, farmaceutickém a kosmetickém průmyslu.
Annotation in English In the thesis there are characterized certain well and less known herbs with phytotherapeuric effects, individual relevant herbal components such as alkaloids, glyco-sides, bitter compounds and essential oils. Herbs with antioxidant effects and their com-pounds (polyphenols, flavonoids, vitamins, colorants) are also described. The usage of herbs in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries is given too.
