Předkládaná diplomová práce je věnovaná syndromu vyhoření. Má ukázat na příčiny, podmínky, symptomy, průběh a možnosti prevence. Práce se zabývá změnou profesionálního chování u zdravotnického personálu. Příčinou je zde chápáno pomalé psychické vyčerpání dlouhodobým působením stresujících podnětů. Důraz je na psychických symptomech (emoční vyčerpání, únava a deprese) a změně chování spíše než na tělesných příznacích. Empirická část je věnována výzkumu zjištění psychické zátěže u radiologických asistentů v oboru radiodiagnostiky, nukleární medicíny a radiační onkologie. Druhá část výzkumu se zabývá vztahem mezi typem osobnosti a syndromem vyhoření.

This diploma work is devoted to the burnout syndrome. It aims to show the causes, conditions, symptoms, course and possible prevention. The work deals with the change in professional behaviour in medical staff. By ?cause?, we understand slow mental exhaustion due to the long-term effect of stressful impulses. The emphasis is on the psychological symptoms (emotional exhaustion, tiredness and depression) and on the change in behaviour rather than on physical symptoms. The empirical part is devoted to the research of ascertaining the mental strain in radiology assistants in the field of radio-diagnostics, nuclear medicine and radiation oncology. The second part of the research deals with the relationship between personality type and the burnout syndrome.
