Téma mé bakalářské práce je Práva dětí v ČR a v zemích EU. Práce je rozdělena do části teoretické a praktické, kde využívám zkušenosti z vykonané praxe.
Děti mají svá práva a povinnosti stejně jako osoby dospělé, ale vzhledem ke svému věku jsou mnohem zranitelnější a zneužitelnější než dospělí. Z toho důvodu je potřeba, aby děti měly jistotu ochrany. Naštěstí to lidem není lhostejné a proto vznikají u nás i ve světě organizace, úmluvy, dohody a právní předpisy, které se tímto zabývají.

The theme of my bachelor thesis is Children's Rights in the Czech Republic and in the Countries of the European Union. The work is divided into a theoretical and practical parts, where I use my experience from practice.
Children have their rights and duties as well as adults do, but with respect to their age they are more vulnerable and abusable than adults. For this reason it is necessary for children to have a certainty of protection. Luckily, people are not indifferent and therefore there are organizations, contracts, agreements and legal enactments being establised in this country and in the world dealing with this.
