Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu, který by byl prostředkem pro zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve firmě XY a.s, která se zabývá prodejem manipulační techniky. Teoretická část pojednává o motivaci, o jejím významu pro firmu a o spo-kojenosti zaměstnanců. V praktické části je popsán současný stav ve firmě, který byl zjištěn pomocí dotazníků. Výsledky zjištěné dotazníkovým šetřením byly pro lepší názornost zobrazeny do grafů. Problémy a nedostatky zjištěné při výzkumu se týkali především nespokojenosti zaměstnanců s komunikací ve firmě, s odměňováním, s pracovní dobou a nemožností postupu a seberealizace. Tyto problémy a nedostatky jsou řešeny v projektové části, kde byl navrhnut projekt, který by umožnil zlepšení těchto aspektů. U projektu byla provedena časová a následně i nákladová analýza. V závěru byly zhodnoceny rizika a přínosy projektu. Projekt má docílit zvýšení spo-kojenosti ve firmě a tím i zvýšení produktivity práce.

Aim of this thesis is to create a project that would increase employee satisfaction in XY Inc. that deals with manipulation technique. The theoretical part treats of the mo-tivation and its importance for the company and employee satisfaction. The practical part describes the current state of the company which was identified through the questionnaires. Results of the questionnaire survey have been identified for your convenience plotted on the graphs. Problems and shortcomings identified in the re-search were concerned about the staff dissatisfaction with communication in the company, with remuneration, working hours and the impossibility of progress and fulfillment. These problems and shortcomings are addressed in the project section, where was proposed a project which would improve current state of the XY Inc. In the project there was used a time analysis and consequently also a financial analysis. At the end there is an assessment of risks and benefits of the project. The project has achieved an increment of satisfaction in the company and thereby increasing work productivity.
