Annotation Tato práce je zaměřena na přípravu hydrogelů na bázi polyvinylalkoholu a hyaluronanu. Cílem bylo připravit hydrogely s vhodnou velikostí a distribucí pórů pro kultivaci buněk. Byl zkoumán vliv jednotlivých složek na dobu tuhnutí a mechanické vlastnosti. Pomocí elektronové mikroskopie a mikrotomografie byla zkoumána pórovitost jednotlivých hydrogelů. V této práci byly připraveny hydrogely s různou velikostí pórů. Byl připraven hydrogel, jehož strukturu tvoří velké póry s průměrem až 350 ?m, střední póry s průměrem okolo 50 ?m a velké množství malých pórů s průměrem jednotek mikrometrů.
Annotation in English This work focuses on the preparation of polyvinyl alcohol and hyaluronan hydrogels. The aim of this work was the preparation of hydrogels with specific pore size and distribution for cell culture applications. The influence of individual components was investigated with respect to gel time and mechanical properties. The porosity of the individual hydrogels was examined by the electron microscopy and microtomography. Porous hydrogels with different pore size were successfully prepared in this work. There was invented a procedure for preparation of hydrogel containing pores with different sizes, including large pores with a diameter up to 350 ?m, medium pores with a diameter about 50 ?m and small pores with a diameter in unites of micrometers.
