Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení stávající situace v České republice v oblasti páchání drogové kriminality nezletilými a mladistvými. Teoretická část se zabývá rozbo-rem drogové problematiky komplexně na celém území České republiky s ohledem na dro-gové cesty směřující na naše území. Následně je teoretická část zaměřena na regionální specifika obchodu s omamnými a psychotropními látkami na území hlavního města Prahy, ve Středočeském kraji a v Severomoravském kraji.
Praktická část je provedena metodou sekundární analýzy dat se zaměřením na zjištění tren-dů v oblasti drogové kriminality nezletilých a mladistvých ve zkoumaných regionech Čes-ké republiky. Dále se praktická část zabývá existencí závislostí a možných aspektů, které způsobují páchání této trestné činnosti nezletilých a mladistvých. Závěr výzkumu se věnuje ověřením hypotéz týkajících se srovnání průměrné zatíženosti drogové trestné činnosti ne-zletilých a mladistvých ve zkoumaných regionech za účelem použití výsledků v preventivní praxi.
Annotation in English
The bachelor thesis is focused on the review of the current situation of the drug criminality commited by the underages and the teenagers in the Czech republic. The theoretical part undertakes the analysis of the drug problematic in the complex within the whole area of the Czech republic with regard to the drug itineraries heading for our territory. Following, the theoritical part is focused on the regional specifics of the psychotronics and narcotics market within the territory of the capital city Prague in the central Bohemian and north Moravian region.
The practical part is done by the method of the secondary data analysis focusing on the reasearch of trends in the area of the drug criminality of the underages and teenagers within the surveyed regions of the Czech republic.The practical part also focuses on the existence of addictions and possible aspects which causes this crime commitements by the underages and teenagers. The conclusion of the reasearch is dedicated to the verification of the hypothesis concerning the comparison of the avarage load of the drug crime comitted by the underages and the teenagers in the surveyed regions in order to use the results in the preventive practice.
