Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu boje proti nelegální migraci. Cílem bylo provést literární rešerši, posoudit současný stav nelegální migrace s důrazem na bezpečnost státu, provést analýzu rizik nelegální migrace, navrhnout jejich minimalizaci a vytvořit návrh plánu boje proti nelegální migraci. V rámci řízení rizik s využitím normy ISO 31000:2018, byla provedena analýza rizik nelegální migrace a pomocí matice rizik. Na základě navrženého plánu boje proti nelegální migraci byla provedena částečná SWOT analýza, tedy fáze identifikace vnitřních a vnějších faktorů. Zjištěny byly silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby nelegální migrace. Výsledkem diplomové práce je navržený plán boje proti nelegální migraci.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of fight against illegal migration. The goal was to conduct a literature research, assess the current state of illegal migration with emphasis on state security, analyze the risk of illegal migration, propose their minimization and create a draft plan to fight against illegal migration. As part of risk management using the ISO 31000:2018 standard, an analysis of the risks of illegal migration was performed using a risk matrix. Based on the proposed plan to fight against illegal migration, a partila SWOT analysis was performed, i.e. the phase of identifying internal and external factors. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of illegal migration were identified. The result of the diploma is a proposed plan to fight against illegal migration.
