Annotation Tato práce se ve své první části zabývá teoretickým popisem nanomateriálů a především se věnuje problematice nanočástic a jejich přípravy. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na popis UV VIS absorpční spektrometrie a její aplikaci v nanotechnologii. V druhé části jsou získané teoretické znalosti využity ke studiu absorpčních spekter nanočástic CdS a určování jejich velikosti.
Annotation in English The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical description of nanomaterials and espe-cially covers the issue of nanoparticles and their preparation. Particular emphasis is placed on the description UV-VIS spectrometry and its application in nanotechnologies. The sec-ond part uses gained theoretical knowledge for the study of UV VIS absorption spectra of CdS nanoparticles and estimation of their size.
