Bakalářskou práci s názvem: "Bolest z pohledu sestry - informovanost pacientů v ambulanci bolesti" tvoří část teoretická a praktická.
V teoretické části se zaměřuji na charakteristiku typů bolesti, metody léčby bolesti užívané v ambulancích bolesti, na roli sestry v ambulanci bolesti, edukaci a komunikaci s pacientem.
V praktické části analyzuji výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda jsou pacienti léčeni v ambulanci bolesti spokojeni s informovaností a s ošetřovatelským přístupem ze stran zdravotnických pracovníků ambulance. Výsledky šetření jsou zpracovány do přehledných tabulek a grafů se slovním komentářem a diskusí na závěr.

I have chosen the following theme for this Bachelory thesis: "Pain from the Nurse´s View Point - Patients´Awarness in a Pain". This thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part.
In the theoretical part I focus on the characteristic types of pain, the treatment methods used in pain clinics, the role of nurses in pain clinic, education and communication with patients.
In the practical part I analyze the survey results. The main aim was to determine whether patients, who are treated in the outpatient pain clinic, are satisfied with the infor-mation and the nursing approach by medical ambulance staff. The results of the research are compiled into tables and graphs enclosed with verbal comments and discussion at the end.

Popsat diagnostiku a typy užívaných hodnotících škál pro bolest, historii algeziologie, metody léčby bolesti užívané v ambulancích bolesti a alternativní metody léčby bolesti. Zaměřit se na roli sestry v ambulanci bolesti a na informovanost pacientů o způsobu léčby bolesti.
V praktické části stanovit cíle průzkumu. Sestavit dotazník pro pacienty navštěvující ambulanci bolesti zaměřený na spokojenost s informovaností o způsobu léčby a s ošetřovatelským přístupem ze stran zdravotnických pracovníků. Analyzovat a interpretovat data průzkumného šetření.
