Annotation Úkolem této diplomové práce bylo zjistit přítomnost a vliv nehomogenit na mechanické vlastnosti polymeru. Zkušební tělesa byla vyrobena vstřikováním z polypropylenu a polymethylmethakrylátu. Na nich byly provedeny zkoušky a měření jejich mechanických vlastností a struktury. Byly použity zkoušky nanoindentační, DMA, DSC, tahové zkoušky a polarizační mikroskopie. Výsledky z těchto zkoušek byly porovnány s modely vytvořenými v programu Moldfolow Plastics Insight. Byla potvrzena závislost mezi mechanickými vlastnostmi a nehomohenitami struktury polymeru.
Annotation in English The aim of this diploma thesis is to find the polymer inhomogeneities and their influence on mechanical properties of polymer. The specimens were made of polypropylene and polymethylmethacrylate by injection molding. The structure and mechanical properties of these specimens were tested. Naoindentation, DMA, DSC, polarscreen microscopy and tension tests were used. The results of these tests were compared with the models created in the computer program Moldflow Plastics Insight. The dependence between the mechanical properties and polymer structure inhomogeneities was confirmed.
