Annotation Diplomová práce je zaměřena na identifikaci Campylobacter spp. u drůbeže na základě analýzy DNA. Teoretická část popisuje charakteristiku jednotlivých druhů Campylobacter spp., onemocnění způsobená tímto mikroorganismem a jejich výskyt. Další část práce je věnována metodám diagnostiky a metodě Real-Time PCR. V praktické části bylo analyzováno 20 vzorků kuřat se zaměřením na detekci Campylobacter spp. metodou Real-Time PCR.
Annotation in English The thesis focuses onto identification Campylobacter spp. in poultry based on DNA analysis. The theoretical section describes characteristics of each individual species Campylobacter spp., disease that these microorganisms cause and their occurrence. Another section of the thesis is devoted to diagnostic and the Real-Time PCR method. There were 20 chicken specimens analysed in the practical section with focus on detecting Campylobacter spp. using the Real-Time PCR.
