Úvodní teoretická část práce je věnována analýze literárních zdrojů pojednávajících o uvedené problematice. Na základě této analýzy jsou následně stanovena východiska pro zavedení controllingového sytému.
Další část diplomové práce je věnována analýze podniku DITIPO, a.s., jeho tržnímu postavení a interní situace.
Závěrečná část diplomové práce pak řeší vlastní projekt zavedení operativního finančního controllingového systému do řídící praxe podniku DITIPO, a.s.

The subject of my dissertation is the project of an introduction of the operative financial controlling system in DITIPO company. The aim of the project is an implementation of operative controlling implements and an invigoration of a company vitality.
In the theoretical part I elucidate terms, describe various forms and processes of controlling operations and at the end of this part I determine theoretical sources for the project solution itself.
The analytic part is aimed at finding the actual state of DITIPO company and finding possible problem zones that are suitable for the application of the controlling system.
The project part is aimed at a solution of project suggestion itself, a selection of variations, forms and implements of controlling, a comparison of expenses and profits consequent upon an introduction of the new controlling system.
