Cílem této diplomové práce je zavedení 3. kroku samostatné údrţby metody TPM na vy-braných linkách ve společnosti XY. Teoretická část je věnována průzkumu literárních pramenů, na jehoţ základě je vysvětlena a shrnuta podstata metody TPM se zaměřením na program samostatné údrţby a kroky vedoucí k jeho úspěšnému zavedení. V praktické části je provedena analýza připravenosti společnosti na zavedení 3. kroku samostatné údrţby, dále analýza současného stavu systému mazání a jeho nedostatků. V návaznosti na prove-dené analýzy je zpracován projekt zavedení autonomního mazání na vybraných linkách a jsou vypracovány nové standardy mazání. Závěr práce je tvořen vyhodnocením přínosů projektu pro společnost.
Annotation in English
The aim of this diploma thesis is implementation of the 3rd step of autonomous mainte-nance of the TPM method in the company XY. The theoretical part is focused on the literature survey where principles of the TPM method, particularly principles of the autonomous maintenance and its implementation steps are explained. The practical part includes analysis of the successful 1st and 2nd step implementation with focus on the readi-ness of the company for the 3rd step and the analysis of the contemporary lubrication sys-tem and its defects. Consequently the project part solves implementation of the autono-mous lubrication and new lubrication standards for selected lines are worked out. The final part of the thesis concludes the benefits of the project.
