postavení prezidenta je rozhodující právní vymezení jeho úlohy v systému nejvyšších státních orgánu. Pozornost se soustřeďuje na otázku ustanovení do funkce,odpovědnosti a úpravu vztahu k parlamentu a vládě.

This work referes the current constitutional status of the prezident of the
republic. For the prezident status law definition of his role in the system of highest state organs is determined. The attention is concentrated on question of establishing into his function, responsibility and adjustment of relation between praliament and government.
