Annotation Cílem diplomové práce bylo testovat biodegradabilitu různých forem materiálu Ecoflex: fólie o tloušťce 100 - 150{µ}m a 150 - 300{µ}m, tenkého povlaku na perlitu a prášku. Biodegradabilita Ecoflexu byla sledována v prostředí vyzrálého kompostu analýzou plynných produktů metodou plynové chroma-tografie. Výsledky ukázaly, relativně nízkou biologickou rozložitelnost vzorku ve formě folií. Na rozdíl od formy prášku a tenkého povlaku, které vykazovaly velmi rychlou biodegradaci, zřejmě kvůli svému vyššímu specifickému povrchu.
Annotation in English The aim of the thesis was to test biodegradation of different forms of Ecoflex were prepared: 100 - 150{µ}m and 150 - 300{µ}m thick film, thin coating on the surface of perlite and powder. These forms of the sample were used for the testing of the Ecoflex biodegradability followed in mature compost environments. The biodegradability was quantified by analysis of gaseous products by gas chromatography. Result showed relatively poor biodegra-dability of the film sample. In contrast the powder sample and the thin coating sample exhibited very fast biodegradation probably because of their higher specific surfaces.
