Annotation Kyselina hyalurónová (HA) je veľmi významný polysacharid a od svojho objavenia je predmetom rôznych výskumov. V dnešnej dobe si ľudia nevedia predstaviť život bez liekov, kozmetických výrobkov a rady iných vymožeností. HA je prírodná látka, vyskytu-júca sa aj v našom tele, preto je dokonale biokompatibilná a používa sa práve na farmaceu-tické účely, ako sú lieky a kozmetika. Pretože sa nachádza v ľudskom tele, konkrétne na-príklad v koži, v kĺboch alebo v synoviálnej tekutine a prostredníctvom kozmetických a farmaceutických preparátov sa dostáva do kontaktu s pokožkou, je veľmi dôležité vedieť jej správanie z hľadiska reologických vlastností. Táto práca je zameraná na viskozitné a reologické merania roztokov kyseliny hyalurónovej s prídavkami kvartérnej amóniovej soli. Táto soľ nám pôsobí v roztoku HA ako konzervačná látka, pretože kyselina hyaluró-nová v roztoku podlieha rýchlo degradácii, vďaka kontaminácii mikroorganizmami, ktorej sa veľmi ťažko zabraňuje bez použitia konzervačnej látky. Namerané hodnoty sa spracovali a uviedli v praktickej časti. Teda cieľom tejto práce bolo vyhodnotiť, ako sa správa HA v roztoku s prídavkami amóniovej soli.
Annotation in English Hyaluronic acid (HYA) is a very important polysaccharide and has been the subject of intense research since its discovery. Today, people can not imagine life without medici-ne, cosmetics and other conveniences. HYA is a natural substance, present also in human body, therefore it is entirely biocompatible and can be used for medical and pharmaceutical purposes, e. g. drugs and cosmetics. For its presence in human body, namely in skin, joints or synovial fluids, and because it can get into contact with skin also via cosmetics and pharmaceutical preparations, it is substantive to understand its behaviour related to its rheological properties. This work has been focused on viscometric and rheological measu-rement of HYA solutions with addition of quaternary salts. These salts act as preservatives in aqueous solutions, as HYA undergoes rapid degradation in untreated solutions, mainly as a consequence of microbial contamination, which is difficult to avoid without the help of preservatives. Measured values have been processed in the practical part of this work. The aim of this work was thus to evaluate the behaviour of HYA in aqueous solutions do-ped with quaternary salts.
