Annotation Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlastnostmi a fyziologickým působením kávy. Teoretická část pojednává o historii kávy a kaváren, o pěstování, sklizni a zpracování kávy a dále také o jejím chemickém složení. V praktické části této práce bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření u vybraných zástupců populace zaměřené na fyziologické účinky kávy na jejich organismus.
Annotation in English This thesis deals with the characteristics and physiological effect of coffee. The theoretical part discusses the history of coffee and cafes, cultivation, harvesting and processing of coffee and also its chemical composition. The survey by selected representatives of the population focused on the physiological effects of coffee on their bodies was carried out in the practical part of this work.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlastnostmi a fyziologickým působením kávy.
