koncentracích želatiny, různém pH a teplotě 23 . Praktická část je věnována
charakteristice želatiny a obecnému popisu interakcí želatiny s ionickými tenzidy v homogenní fázi.

The diploma thesis deals homogeneous interactions of gelatine and sodium dodecyl
sulphate and his mixtures. Study of these interactions was carried out by mesurements of turbidity curves, condustometric titrations and changes of surface tension. at various
concentrations, different pH and temperature 23 . The practical part is devoted to the chracteristics of gelatin and the generic description of the interaction with gelatin and anionic surfactants in homogeneous phase. By several measurements was able to
determined the critical aggregation concentration (c.a.c). These concentrations ranged from values of 2-4 mmol / l, per concentration of SDS. It appears that Igepal (nonionic sur-factant) nor the pH has a significant influence on the course of interaction sludge.
