Práca sa zaoberá problematikou informovanosti pacientov podstupujúcich laparoskopickú operáciu ventrálnej hernie. V teoretickej časti približujeme problematiku ventrálnych hernií a úlohy sestry v ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti. Taktiež nahliadame do miniinvazívnej chirurgie a možností riešenia laparoskopických operácií ventrálnych hernií, a na zákonom danej povinnosti informovať.
Výskumná časť tejto práce je prevedená kvalitatívnym výskumom technikou pološtandardizovaných rozhovorov, ktorých úlohou bolo zistiť úroveň informovanosti pacientov pred a po laparoskopickom operačnom zákroku. Výstupom tejto práce je edukačný materiál v podobe brožúry, ktorý pomôže zdravotníckym pracovníkom v edukácií pacientov podstupujúcich tento zákrok. Taktiež je vytvorený návrh informovaného súhlas pre pacienta.
Annotation in English
The work deals with the issue of informing patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery of the ventral hernia. In the theoretical part, we approach the problems of ventral hernias and nurse's role in nursing care. We also look at miniinvasive surgery and the possibility of resolving laparoscopic operations of ventral hernias, and the law obligation to inform the patient.
The research part of this work is carried out by qualitative research by the technique of semi-standardized interviews, whose task was to determine the level of information of patients before and after laparoscopic surgery. The outcomes of this work are educational material in the form of a brochure that will help healthcare workers in the education of patients undergoing this procedure. Also, a scheme for informed consent for the patient is created.
