Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukcí vstřikovací formy pro vstřikování elastomerních zkušebních tělísek. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku vstřikování, zmiňuje se o vstřikovacích strojích a konstrukčních zásadách při navrhování vstřikovací formy, to vše se zaměřením na elastomery. Praktická část je věnována samotnému konstrukčnímu návrhu univerzální formy s výměnnými tvarovými deskami, simulaci procesu vstřikování v programu Cadmould Rubber a mechanické analýze tvarových desek v programu SolidWorks.

This thesis deals with the construction of injection molds for injection molding elastomeric test particles. The theoretical part describes the injection, refers to the injection molding machines and structural principles in the design of injection molds, all focusing on elastomers. The practical part is devoted to the design proposal for a universal form with removable shaped plates, simulating the injection process in the program Cadmould Rubber and mechanical analysis of shaped plates in SolidWorks.
