V úvodu práce je stručně představena výrobní firma. Cílem práce je pokusit se analyzovat úroveň procesního řízení ve firmě. Zároveň se pokusit nastínit přínosy vybraných metod a nástrojů průmyslového inženýrství. Na základě výsledků analytické části je proveden reengineering vybraného procesu se snahou o zvýšení efektivity procesů ve firmě. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení přínosů reengineeringu.

In the beginning is briefly introduced manufacturing company. The aim of the study is to analyze the level of process management in the enterprise. At the same time try to outline the benefits of the selected methods and tools of industrial engineering. Based on the results of the analytical part is selected process for reengineering to increase the efficiency of processes in the company. Finally, work is to evaluate the benefits of reengineering.
