Annotation	Předmětem bakalářské práce je popis nejpoužívanějších forem využití manipulačních pro-středků. Práce uvádí přehled mimořádných událostí, příčin vzniku a mnohdy katastrofál-ních následků. K jejich odstranění se právě manipulační technika využívá. Cílem bakalářské práce je navržení nejvhodnějšího řešení formou havarijního-krizového plánu, který se uplatní při povodňových mimořádných událostech.
Annotation in English	The subject of this bachelor thesis is a description of mostly employed forms of manipula-ting agents. The paper articulates a survey of extraordinary incidents, and their causes, in liquidation of which the observed equipment is being used. The aim of my bachelor thesis is proposing the most suitable solution in form of emergen-cy plan which shall be asserted during the floods crises situations.
