Annotation Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dezinfekce, dezinsekce a deratizace v potravinářství. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé metody a etapy provádění dezinfekce, dezinsekce a deratizace, jejich správné způsoby při jejich provádění, kdo může tyto metody provádět a jak probíhá kontrola účinnosti dezinfekce, dezinsekce a deratizace. Dále jsou uvedeny příklady možných používaných dezinfekčních látek, insekticidů a rodenticidů.
Annotation in English The bachelor thesis deals with problematics of disinfection, disinsection and deratization in the food industry. There are descriptions of individually methods and stages of disinfection, disinsection and deratization, their correct ways of implementation, who can implement these methods a how to check effectiveness of disinfection, disinsection and deratization. This thesis is also focusing on examples of possible disinfectants, insectisides and rodenti-cides.
