Bakalářská práce se zabývá výkladem podstaty ženské role a možnostmi jejího naplnění. Hlavním cílem práce je charakterizovat dvě hlavní role ženy v dnešní společnosti, podat nástin možností jejich naplnění pro české ženy a zároveň tyto možnosti srovnat z pohledu možností v jiných zemích a kulturách. Část teoretická se na úvod zabývá objasněním základních pojmů z oblasti genderové a multikulturní problematiky. Dále historickým vývojem ženské role, charakteristikou a možnostmi naplnění této role dnes, jak v rámci české společnosti, tak z pohledu společností cizích. V praktické části jsem výzkum vedla formou strukturovaných rozhovorů se ženami-matkami, které se setkaly se životem v cizí společnosti a kultuře a podávají své postřehy o možnostech naplnění ženské role v dané zemi. V závěru praktické části je provedeno srovnání možností realizace ženských rolí v české společnosti a ve vybraných cizích zemích.
Annotation in English
The bachelor thesis deals with the interpretation of the nature of female role and possibilities of its fulfillment. The main aim of this work is to characterize two major roles of women in today's society. To illustrate the possibilities of its fulfillment for the Czech women and to compare these possibilities to the other ones in different countries and cultures. First, the theoretical part deals with clarifying of the basic terms from the gender and multicultural sphere. Then, it elucidates the historical development of the
female role, the characterization and possibilities of its fulfillment in today's society - both in the Czech society and in the different cultures. In the practical part, the research is kept in the form of guided interviews with mothers who met the life in a different culture and society. These women offer their observations about the possibilities of fulfillment of the female role in particular countries. In the conclusion of the practical part, a comparison of realization possibilities of the female roles in the Czech society and in chosen foreign countries is given.
