Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím didaktických prostředků materiální a nemateriální povahy ve výuce předmětu Management I na Fakultě managementu a ekonomiky a Fakultě humanitních studií. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě teoretického i praktického vý-zkumu popsat problematiku z oblasti využívání didaktických prostředků ve výuce i sebere-flexi. Cílem teoretické části je zmapovat dostupnou literaturu zaměřenou na historický vý-voj pedagogiky a didaktiky, didaktické prostředky materiální a nemateriální povahy a sebereflexi. Cílem praktické části bude vytvoření metodiky výzkumné části i analýza využívání didaktických prostředků materiální a nemateriální povahy ve výuce a sebereflexe vyučující.

The topic of this Bachelor Thesis is the utilisation of didactic tools of a material and non-material character in teaching the course of Management I at the Faculty of Management and Economics and Faculty of Humanities. The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to describe the topic from the area of utilisation of didactic tools in the educational process and self-reflection on the base of theoretical and practical research. The aim of the theoretical part is to map available monographic publications dedicated to the history of pedagogy and didactics, didactics tools of material and nonmaterial character and self-reflection. The aim of the practical part is to develop methodology of the research part and the analysis of ma-terial and nonmaterial didactic tool usage in the education process and self-reflection.
Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím didaktických prostředků materiální a nemateriální povahy ve výuce předmětu Management I na Fakultě managementu a ekonomiky a Fakultě humanitních studií.
