Tato bakalářská práce je založena na analýze účetní závěrky, v období 2004-2008, společnosti Centroprojekt as Zlín. Za účelem určení její současné finanční situaci pro své manažery i investorům, aby se rozhodnutí.
Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a analytickou částí. Teoretická část obsahuje finanční manažerských vycházející z výzkumu. Pokud analytické části se zabývá uvedením konkrétní poměry pomocí nástrojů a technik, a ve srovnání s průměrem odvětví stavebnictví.
Na konci, hodnocení a návrh je uveden na základě analýzy společnosti budoucí vylepšení.

This bachelor thesis is based on analyzing the financial statement, in period 2004-2008, of company Centroprojekt a.s Zlin. In order to determine its current financial position for its managers as well as investors to make decision.
The thesis is divided into theoretical and analytical parts. Theoretical part contains financial managerial issue based on research. Where analytical part deals with indicating particular ratios by using the tools and techniques, and compared with Construction industry average.
In the end, evaluation and suggestion is given based on the analysis for company's future enhancement.
