Annotation Cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizace volných radikálů, významných antioxidačních sloučenin a systematika řas. Největší pozornost je věnována popisu antioxidačních sloučenin vyskytujících se u řas a jejich mechanizmus antioxidačního působení. V další části jsou popsány zástupci řas s významným obsahem antioxidačních látek a jejich prospěšné účinky při konzumaci na lidský organizmus. V poslední části jsou uvedeny metody stanovení antioxidační aktivity.
Annotation in English The characterisation of free radicals, important antioxidant compounds and systematization of algae is the aim of this bachelor thesis. It is foccused mainly on the description of antioxidant compound occured in algae and their chemical mechanism. There are listed representatives of algae containing significant amount of antioxidants and there are shown their beneficial effects on human body in next part of the work. In the last part shows methods of antioxidant activity assesment.

Cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizace volných radikálů, významných antioxidačních sloučenin a systematika řas.
