Annotation	Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice nadaných žáků a studentů. Zabývá se rozborem pojmů a klasifikací inteligence, nadání a talentu. Popisuje možnosti identifikace nadání a předkládá různá pojetí nadání v závislosti na vlivu prostředí. Předkládá modely vzdělávání a zkušenosti s péčí o nadané děti u nás i v zahraničí.
Annotation in English	The Bachelor work deals with gifted pupils and students problems. It goes into analysis of perception and rating of ability, aptitude and talent. It describes the options how to identify talent and it submits different theories of geniuses in the dependence on the influence of milieu. It recounts the prototypes of cultivation and sets up experiences with gifted children care in our country and outland.
