Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza dodavatelských subjektů, jejich hodnocení a následný výběr firmou RAY SERVICE, s.r.o. . Teoretická část práce je soustředěna především na nákupní proces, jeho jednotlivé kroky, metody stanovení důležitosti kritérií pro hodnocení dodavatelských subjektů a metody hodnocení dodavatelských subjektů. Praktická část práce je soustředěna na současné dodavatelské subjekty společnosti a jejich hodnocení. Zároveň navrhuje nová kritéria hodnocení dodavatelů, uvádí, jak je použít a přehledně řadí potenciální výsledky.

The subjekt of the bachelor thesis is supplier subject analysis, their survey and subsequent choice made by the RAY SERVICE company. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the purchase process, on its single steps, methods of criteria importance evaluation for the supplier subject survey and methods of survey supplier subjects. The practical part of work concentrates on current supplier subjects and their survey. It also suggests new criteria of suplier subject survey, presents, how to apply them and it gives a simple prospective result listing.
