Annotation Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sinice rodu Arthrospira. Formou teoretické rešerše byly zpracovány obsahy nutričních látek a jejich biologické funkce, způsob kultivace a klinické studie o zdravotních účincích sinic. Někteří zástupci tohoto rodu jsou pro své nutriční hod-noty používány jako zdroj proteinů a minerálních látek v lidské výživě.
Annotation in English Bachelor's thesis is focused on blue-green alga genus Arthrospira. By means of theoretical research have been processed contents of nutritive substances and their biological functi-ons, method of cultivation and clinical studies on the health effects of cyanobacteria. Some representatives of this genus are for their nutritional value used as a source of protein and minerals in human nutrition.
