Cílem této práce je napomoci zefektivnit současný stav vnitrofiremní komunikace ve vybrané firmě. Body této práce jsou zaměřeny na definici konfliktu, jeho vývoj a náznaky možných příčin a následků. K řešení konfliktů využíváme různých strategií. Dalším tématem je komunikace a vnitrofiremní komunikace, kde se snažím odstranit důsledky její neefektivnosti. Také ukazuji na možné problémy v povinnostech a přímo v osobnosti manažerů.

The goal of this work is to improve the present state of internal communication in the specified firm. The points of this thesis are aimed at defying conflicts as well as evaluating and foreshadow the possible causes and repercussion. I will try to settle the conflict with the help of various strategies. The other themes are general communication and internal communication where I will try to offer solutions for dealing with the consequences of their inefficiency. I also will evaluate and review the possible problems in their office as well as the managers qualifies and characteristics that may or may not be conducive to an efficient work environment.

Pokusit se o kategorizaci konfliktů a o návrh možností jejich předcházení.
Dle možností využít techniky polostandardizovaného rozhovoru s takticky volenými respondenty.
