Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozbor konfliktů v komunikaci. Cílem je navrhnout zdokonalenou metodiku zjišťování vyskytujících se konfliktů v prostředí obchodní firmy. Kritickým přístupem ke zvoleným metodikám zjišťování konfliktů jsou vyvozeny poznatky a doporučení k nejefektivnějšímu a nejúčinnějšímu zjišťování konfliktů a posuzování závažnosti konfliktů.

The presented bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of conflicts in communication. The subject of this work is suggesting a better methodology in detection of conflicts rising in the environment of a business company. By the critical attitude towards selected methods of detection of con-flicts there are deduced findings and recommendations to the most effective and most useful investigation of conflicts and appreciation of their severity.
