Úkolem bakalářské práce bylo shrnout dostupné informace o ω-3 a ω-6 mastných kyselinách. Tyto se vyskytují převážně v mořských rybách, tucích a olejích. V naší stravě by měly být obsaženy v dostatečné míře a v určitém poměru. Pokud tomu tak není, je možné zakoupit doplňky stravy s těmito kyselinami. Jsou důležité převážně pro správnou srdečně-cévní činnost, udržení hladiny cholesterolu, v období těhotenství a u novorozenců a kojenců pro správný vývoj a činnost mozku.
Annotation in English
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to summarize available information about ω-3 and ω-6 fatty acids. They are mostly occured in see fishes, fats and oils. They should be contained in our food in a sufficient measure and in the rigt ratio. If this is not happened it is be possible to buy the supplements containing those fatty acids. They are mostly important for the good vascular activity, the maintaining level of cholesterol during pregnancy and at the neonates and the infants for the right development and the brain aktivity.
