Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza efektivnosti investičního záměru.
V teoretické části je vypracována literární rešerše, která vysvětluje pojem investice, následně popisuje metody pro hodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru. Práce se dále věnuje faktorům ovlivňujícím investiční rozhodování a průměrným váženým nákladům na kapitál. Praktická část seznamuje čtenáře se společností Relyfo s.r.o.- s její historií a organizační strukturou. Popisuje investiční záměr a také výpočty zabývající se hodnocením konkrétní investice. Závěrem bakalářské práce je navržení určitých doporučení a opatření ke zlepšení stávající situace.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the evaluation of effectiveness of investment intention. The theoretical art works out the literary background research which expound the general concept of investment and consequently describe methods for the evaluation of the effectiveness of investment intension. Next parts of the thesis deal with basic factors affecting investment efficiency and weighted average cost of capital.
The practical part introduces to readers the company Relyfo s.r.o. with its history, profile and organization structures. It describes its financial analysis, investment activities and also the calculations of concrete investment. The intention of the bachelor´s thesis is to suggest come recommendations and precautions to improve the present situation.
