Tématem bakalářské práce je bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci ve vybraném podniku. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá význa- mem bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, legislativou, definováním práv a povinností zaměstnavatele a zaměstnance a vybranými metodami pro analýzu rizik a hodnocení stavu podniku. Praktická část představuje cíle této bakalářské práce a zkoumaný podnik, následně vyhod- nocuje aktuální stav podniku a výsledky jednotlivých metod analýzy rizik aplikovaných na vybraný podnik. Praktickou část uzavírá zhodnocení rizik a následná opatření. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit aktuální stav podniku v oblasti BOZP a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is occupational safety and health at work in a selected company. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part and practial part. Theoretical part describes the meaning of occupational safety and health at work, the legislation, defining the rights and obligations of the employer and employee and the selected methods for risk as- sessment and assessment of the status of the company. The practical part presents the goals of this bachelor's thesis and introducing of the company, assesses the current status of the company and the results of the chosen methods of risk analysis applied to the selected company. The aim of this work is to analyze actual condition of the selected company and to propose the measures for improvement.
