Bakalářská práce se zabývá závažným sociálně patologickým jevem zvaným šikana, který se vyskytuje téměř na všech školách. Je zde popsán vznik šikany, její příčiny, možnosti řešení a prevence. V aplikační části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumného šetření. K výzkumu byl využit dotazník vyplňovaný žáky základní školy. V závěru jsou získané výsledky vyhodnoceny.

This thesis is concerned with a serious soci-phatological phenomenon called bullying, which occurs at almost all schools. The thesis describes the origin of bullying, its causes, the possibilities of solving it and prevention. In the application part results of a research survey are presented. A questionnarie filled in by pupils of an elementary school was used for the needs of the survey. In the final part the obtained results are avaluated.
