Diplomová práce se zabývá sledováním trhu práce absolventů vysoké školy v oblasti financí. Cílem diplomové práce je zodpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku: "Zda absolventi vysoké školy s orientací na oblast financí obvykle pracují v profesích blízkých vystudovanému oboru, a zda jsou na trhu práce ohodnocováni alespoň mediánovou mzdou" Diplomová práce je členěna do dvou hlavních částí. První část je teoretická a jsou v ní vymezeny základní pojmy a poznatky z realizovaných výzkumů na obdobné téma. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku trhu práce a postavení absolventů na trhu práce, popisuje mzdy na trhu práce a nezaměstnanost, především nezaměstnanost absolventů včetně programů, které pomáhají odstranit příčiny vzniku nezaměstnanosti absolventů. V praktické části je popsána výzkumná strategie, zacílení výzkumu, technika sběru dat, rozpracovány dílčí výzkumné otázky a provedena analýza získaných informací z dotazníkového šetření a metody testování statistické hypotézy. V závěru práce je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka a testovaná hypotéza a je zhodnoceno uplatnění absolventů vysoké školy v oblasti financí na trhu práce, včetně doporučení.
Annotation in English
The thesis deals with the observation of the labour market of university graduates in the field of finance. The aim of the thesis is to answer the main research question: "whether college graduates with a finance orientation usually work in professions close to their graduated field, and whether they are valued on the market at least at the median wage" The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical and defines the basic concepts and findings from the conducted research on a similar topic. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the labour market and the position of graduates in the labour market, describes wages in the labour market and unemployment, especially graduate unemployment, including programmes that help to eliminate the causes of graduate unemployment. The practical part describes the research strategy, the research focus, the data collection technique, elaborates the sub-research questions and analyses the information obtained from the questionnaire survey and the methods of statistical hypothesis testing. In the conclusion of the thesis, the main research question and the tested hypothesis are answered and the labour market application of university graduates in the field of finance is evaluated, including recommendations.
