Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem rodinného prostředí na kriminalitu mládeže.
V teoretické části této práce jsou shrnuty závěry v oblasti pohledu na trestnou činnost dětí a mládeže, na její strukturu, vývoj a současnou situaci. Zabývá se také podmínkami
a příčinami páchání trestné činnosti, zejména vlivem rodinného prostředí a výchovným významem rodiny. V závěru teoretické části jsou shrnuty možnosti v oblasti prevence kriminality.
Praktická část je zaměřena na ověření teoretických poznatků a východisek týkajících se vlivu rodinného prostředí na kriminalitu mládeže a detailním rozborem jednotlivých případů trestné činnosti páchané mladistvými pachateli.

This thesis deals with impact of family environment on criminality of young people.
In the theoretical part of the thesis there are summarised the conclusions in the field of view of children and young people criminality, its structure, history and present situation. It also deals with conditions and reasons for commission of crime, especially as the result of improper family environment, and educative meaning of a family. In the end of the theoretical part there are summsrised possibilities in the field of crime prevention.
Practical part is focused on verification of theoretical findings and resources concerning impact of family environment on criminality of young people and punctual analysis of particular cases of criminality commited by young offenders.
