Bakalářská práce ? Inspekce jako systém kontroly a podpory v sociálních službách ? se zabývá tematikou inspekcí poskytování sociálních služeb jako novým legislativním nástrojem kontroly a kvality v sociálních službách. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První teoretická část obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů, popis legislativního rámce a analýzu systému inspekcí sociálních služeb. Praktická část interpretuje systém inspekcí na příkladu inspekce sociální služby Domov se zvláštním režimem a dále interpretuje první výstupy z realizací inspekcí Hlavním cílem práce bylo shromáždit první zveřejněné poznatky a zkušenosti se zaváděním inspekcí kvality sociálních služeb do praxe, prozkoumat a analyzovat pozitiva i negativa nového systému a nabídnout poskytovatelům sociálních služeb přehledný a v praxi využitelný zdroj informací o tematice inspekcí poskytování sociálních služeb.

This bachelor´s thesis called "Inspection as a system of supervision and support in social services" deals with the theme of inspection of providing social services as a new legislative instrument for supervision and quality in social services. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and contains the specification of basic terms and key words, the description of legislative framework and the analysis of the system of inspection in social services. The practical part interprets the system of inspections on the example of the inspection of social service "Home with special care". It also interprets the first outputs from realizing the inspections. The main objective of the thesis was to collect first published knowledge and experience with putting the quality inspection of social services into practice.It also aimed at examining and analysing strengths and weaknesses of the new system and offering providers of social services well-arranged and practically usable source of information about inspecting providing social services.
