Diplomová práce řeší základní antropometrické znaky nohou gerontů v České republice - jejich měření a analyzování.
Teoretická část obsahuje ucelené informace o aktuální situaci seniorů v České republice a je doplněna o demografické údaje. Nedílnou součástí je i podrobný výčet onemocnění nohou a nejčetnějších komplikací, které sebou přináší vyšší věk.
Experimentální část pojednává o kazuistické studii seniorů v rámci antropometrického měření, vyhodnocení a zpracování naměřených výsledků. Byly získány zcela nové údaje o deformačních vlastnostech chodidel u starší populace. Výstupy z provedených měření bude možno aplikovat na konstrukční a materiálové řešení obuvi zejména pro seniory.

This thesis addresses the anthropometric characteristics geronts leg in the Czech Republic - their measurement and analysis.
The theoretical part contains comprehensive information about the current situation of seniors in the Czech Republic and is complemented by demographic data. An integral part is a detailed list of diseases of the feet and most frequent complication, which brings a higher age.
The experimental part deals with the published case study of seniors in the anthropometric measuration, evaluation and processing of measured results. They were from completely new data on the de-formation properties of the feet in the older population. The outcomes of the measurements can be applied to structural and material design of shoes especially for seniors.
