Diplomová práce na téma Ekonomické využití vybraných poprůmyslových ploch a staveb v opavském regionu je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část této diplomové práce je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu ‚qbrownfield‘‘. Pozornost je věnována typům ‚qbrownfields‘‘ s vymezením hlavních bariér a výhod vycházejících ze znovuvyužití těchto ploch a staveb. Jsou zde představeny programy MŽP, MPO, MMR a CzechInvestu, které jsou v České republice vytvořeny k pomoci revitalizace poprůmyslových ploch a staveb.
V praktické části je provedena analýza poprůmyslových ploch a staveb ve státním a komunálním vlastnictví na území opavského regionu. Je zde provedeno geografické vymezení 9 ‚qbrownfields‘‘ v řešeném území. Jednotlivá území jsou katastrálně vymezena a doplněna mapami a fotografiemi současného stavu vybraných ploch a staveb. Výstupem diplomové práce jsou návrhy nejvhodnějšího ekonomického využití 3 vybraných ‚qbrownfields‘‘ doplněných o grafické 3D modely.

This diploma thesis dealing with The Economical utalization of chosen postindustrial areas and buildings (brownfields) in the region Opavsko is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part of this thesis aims above defining the concept of the brownfield. Attention is devoted to types brownfields with delimination of the Chin bleachers and advantages orient from re-use these surfaces. Hera are presented programs of MZP, MPO, MMR and CzechInvest, which in the Czech republic are created to assist in revitalization of postindustrial areas and buildings.
The second, practical part of this diploma thesis, aims to analyse the economical utalization of chosen postindustrial areas and buildings in state and municipal ownership in the region Opavsko. There is effected geographical delimination of nine brownfields in buckthorn territory. Particular territories are cadastral determined and supplemented by maps and photos of state of the art of choice areas and buildings. The result of diploma thesis is suggestion of optimal economic usage of three chosen brownfields supplemented with graphic 3D models.
