Cílem je v diplomové práci vyobrazit a rozebrat činnost neziskových organizací působících ve sportu, infrastrukturu, pořádané akce a celkové výdaje mikroregionu Jižní Valašsko. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny pojmy týkající se sportu, Evropské a České legislativy a organizace neziskových organizací. V následujících stránkách se práce zabývá systémem financování neziskového sektoru a sektoru sportu. Marketing neziskových organizací a ekonomické dopady sportovních aktivit, cestovního ruchu jsou popsány v dalších kapitolách.
Praktická část představuje mikroregion Jižní Valašsko, jeho umístnění v rámci Zlínského kraje a jednotlivé obce, které tento mikroregion tvoří. Ze získaných dat byla provedena socioekonomická analýza obyvatelstva, analýza sportovní infrastruktury, neziskových organizací, pořádaných akcí a výdajů z rozpočtů jednotlivých obcí na dotace organizacím a celkové výdaje do sportovní infrastruktury. Vnější a vnitřní atributy byly zpracovány ve SWOT analýze celého mikroregionu. V rámci analýzy sportovního prostředí a nezisko-vých organizací byl udělán rozhovor s předsedkyní mikrororegionu. Z teoretické, analy-tické části práce, celkových zpracovaných dat a z rozhovorů s aktéry tohoto regionu byl postaven návrh na vlastní financování činnosti spolku Klobucké stezky, z.s. pomocí crowdfundingu.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to show and analyze the activities of non-profit organi-zations operating in sports, infrastructure, events and total expenditures of the micro-region of South Wallachia.. The theoretical part contains concepts related to sports, Euro-pean and Czech legislation and the organization of non-profit organizations. In the fol-lowing pages, the project deals with the systém of financing the non-profit and sport sec-tor. Marketing of non-profit organizations and economic impacts of sports activities, tou-rism are described in the following chapters.
The practical part presents the micro-region of South Wallachia, its status within the Zlín region and the individual municipalities that make up this micro-region. From the obtai-ned data, a socioeconomic analysis of the population, an analysis of sports infrastructure, non-profit organizations, organized events and expenditures from the budgets of indivi-dual municipalities for subsidies to organizations and total expenditures on sports in-frastructure were performed. External and internal attributes were processed in the SWOT analysis of the entire micro-region. As part of the analysis of the sports environment and non-profit organizations, an interview was conducted with the chairwoman of the micro-region. The proposal for the own financing of the Klobucké stezky association was crea-ted on the basis of all processed data in the analytical and theoretical part together with interviews with the actors of this region.
From the theoretical, analytical part of the work, the total processed data and from inter-views with the actors of this region, a proposal was made for its own financing of the activities of the association Klobucké stezky, z.s. using crowdfunding. The aim of the diploma thesis is to show and analyze the activities of non-profit organizations operating in sports, infrastructure, events and total expenditures of the micro-region of South Wal-lachia.
