Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá podnikateľským zámerom a možnosťou jeho financovania. Ide o konkrétny zámer firmy Belve zrekonštruovať budovu a postaviť ešte jednu vedľa nej. Práca je rozvrhnutá do dvoch hlavných častí. Prvá časť je tvorená teóriou z oblasti podnikateľského zá-meru, finančnej analýzy a zdrojov financovania.
V praktickej časti najskôr predstavuje podnik Belve, ktorí sa rozhodol pre konkrétnu investíciu. Cieľom práce je nájsť pre túto investíciu vhodné finančné zdroje. Pre vypracovanie projektovej časti bolo potrebné vypracovanie finančnej analýzy a podnikateľského zámeru. Na základe analýzy potom rozoberiem dostupné alternatívy financovania. S ohľadom na získané poznatky vyberiem optimálnu variantu financovania.

In my thesis I am solving a business plan and a problem how to finance it. It is a concrete plan of the company Belve to reconstruct a building and build another one next to the first. The work is devided into two main parts. First one contains the theory of a business plan, financial analysis and financial resources. The practical part presents the Belve which has decided to invest into a particular project. The aim of the whole thesis is to find suitable financial resources for this investment. It was necessary to carry out a financial analysis and business plan of the company to elaborate the thesis project part. Based upon the analysis, I will examine available financial options. Based upon obtained results I will choose the most favourable option of financing.
